Balance is the ultimate goal in life. At KOGA we aim to achieve a healthy mental and physical balance. Our strategy is to turn the heat up with Bikram Hot yoga and Hot Pilates, then chill you down with ice cold Kombucha.

Bikram is the traditional Hatha yoga based sequence that works to tone the body, eliminate toxins, improve metabolism and endocrine function, increase flexibility, and ultimately achieve a stress free life.

Pilates and yoga complement each other perfectly. Strength and flexibility are tough to balance. With hot yoga improving flexibility and Pilates strengthening the core, we can attain that balance; keep healthy, fit, strong and happy.

First Class & Notes For Beginners
: Show up as you are with a yoga mat, a bottle of water, 2 big towels (1 for class, 1 for a shower after), and comfortable clothing.
